I have placed a list of contractors on the home page
of my web
site. This will provide
you with reputable contractors who can provide quality
service for your home renovations and improvements.
These are business owners who specialize
in the specific area of need. I have previous work
experience with these contractors and recommend
them without hesitation. If you need the names
of other contractors, I will provide additional
qualified recommendations upon request.
Be aware that I do not receive compensation
for the employment of any of the contractors I
have listed. I have provided this to you as a service
because I value your continued business. My 18-year
experience as an Electrical Contractor has proven
the importance of validating competent workmanship
prior to initiating service.
Should you decide on an alternate,
I strongly encourage you to pre-qualify the contractor.
Obtain a customer list of previous jobs, seek recommendations
and ask for references. This will give you the
opportunity to validate workmanship and avoid the
high cost of repairs due to poor quality or lack
of experience.
In addition, I strongly recommend
that your contractor obtain a work permit through
your local municipality. This describes in detail
the scope of work and protects the homeowner in
writing. Lastly, for your protection, do not provide
final payment until the final inspection is passed.
